I International Conference, Kaunas , Lithuania – 4 th and 5 th of October 2007

The I International Conference was hosted by the project's Lithuanian partners SIF and was attented by all project partners. Some 40-50 participants in adult education, teaching professionals, university lecturers and researchers, representatives from public and non-profit organisations and media attended the event.

The two day conference allowed all the participating organisations to meet and discuss the situation of migrants in each of the participating countries. The outcomes and products of the three projects were presented to the participants, as was the method of Dialogical Discussion that would be used in the Dialogical Discussion Groups. The conference was concluded with a round table where all participants were given the opportunity to contribute and agree on the products to be disseminated throughout the project.
